Intercom as a source

You can now use Intercom as a Super Source!

This is extremely useful to:

  • Get a full overview of a customer from Intercom+CRM+Meetings
  • Find solution to a customer issue from past tickets.
  • Analyse patterns on feedback, bug reports, interaction.

Super Actions v0.1

We are developing Super Actions for you to inject your assistants in specific websites, starting with Intercom. These assistants can read the current page, which mean in 1 click your team can generate a reply, get an overview of the customer, find an the internal expert to help on this topic, etc.

To use it, simply have your team download Super Chrome extension and head to Intercom for this first sneak peek. Zendesk and Helpscout are coming very soon, and shortly after we'll make Super actions work in any website.

Conversational Features in Super

Super can now engage in proper back-and-forth conversations. You can have natural follow-up discussions without starting search over each time.

Simply try asking it to reformulate after a first answer, or ask for clarifications.

Better Digests

  • Digests email formatting has been widely improved with better formatting, and tables and indented lists properly displayed.
  • Markdown rendering has been improved for Slack digests.
  • The setting page now show you by default the digests you are subscribed to.

Global context

Admins can now define a Global context.
It lets you set essential information about your company that you want to include by default in all assistants. Just head to your team settings to generate it in 1 click!
